The Science Of Getting Rich: 7 Principles

What’s your excuse for not being successful? There are plenty. We place blame, we allow others to become obstacles to us, we blame outside forces for our lack of success. The problem here is that those things really don’t matter. If you really want to succeed, you won’t allow anything to stand in your way.

The Bible tells us that we are all equal. (Galatians 3:28). That doesn’t mean that we all have equality of outcome. Each of us is made for a different purpose with different gifts and skills. Making excuses is nothing more than refusing to accept who we are and embrace the life we are called to.

Seven points that can help people getting rich :

1. There are certain laws that govern acquiring riches.

Some people will do these things that lead to riches consciously. Others will do them unconsciously, but the result is always the same. They follow the same principles of the universe and succeed.

2. There is a certain way to acquire riches.

The Law of Cause and Effect states that if you take certain actions, certain actions will result. So, if you take the actions you need to become rich, you will become rich. Once you learn the laws that govern wealth, and you apply those laws, you won’t have any trouble getting rich.

3. Getting rich has nothing to do with your environment.

We’ve all known people who came from some of the roughest environments you can imagine: the inner city, the mountains of Appalachia and others. No matter what kind of environment you are in, no matter how you were raised, if you want to achieve success, you will.

Environment goes far beyond where you live though or how you grew up. Race, religion, sex, and other factors are part of your environment. These factors don’t matter when it comes to success though because you will always find both rich and poor in any environment.

4. Talent isn’t a factor in getting rich.

Hollywood, as well as the rest of the world, is populated with plenty of people who don’t have a lot of talent. What they do have is the drive and ambition to succeed, and they know what they need to do to achieve their goals.

As a writer, I see this more than in just about any profession there is: writers think that because they are talented, or they have written the “Great American Novel,” that all they have to do is be discovered, and it will launch them into best seller status.

Nothing is further from the truth. The truth is, talented people only do well when they do something with the talent they have.

5. Getting rich is not the result of saving.

One of the biggest myths is that in order to be successful you have to have money, or you have to save your money for 30 or 40 years in order to accumulate wealth.

The Internet is the biggest proof that this isn’t true. Thousands have gone from nothing to millions in just a few years by learning how to use the Internet to make money.

The most obvious example of someone who came from nowhere and gained huge wealth is Bill Gates, the former chairman of Microsoft. Although Gates came from an upper middle class background, it certainly wasn’t enough to launch him into the success he knows today. What Gates started with was a dream: to put a personal computer in the home of everyone. Today he is one of the richest people in the world.

6. Anyone can get rich.

We’ve all known those who were intellectually brilliant who were working a job that was way beneath their intellect. We’ve all also known those that left us clueless to how they achieved such outstanding success.

Regardless, successful people come from every strata of society. In the United States, almost half of all successful self employed people don’t have a high school diploma. Getting an education or being intellectually brilliant really isn’t necessary.

7. You don’t need to choose a particular business.

Whatever the business, there are millionaires in just about every business enterprise. The most important thing to remember here is to choose a business you like, and place your business where your customers are.If you want to sell ice cream, sell in a place where it’s hot. It won’t do too well in a place that’s cold.

The bottom line is that regardless of your circumstances, you have the ability to get rich if you want to. If you are willing to do what it takes to succeed, and you don’t make excuses, you will succeed.
